Do you have a cute kid? Know someone that does? We are looking for an adorable child to be featured throughout our marketing, including a brand new online ad! The winner will also receive a HUGE prize package worth over $800! Submit a nonprofessional image of your child showing off their personality or looking cute to our email listed below. The contest will run from Sunday, July 10th until Sunday, July 17th. Entries will be accepted Wednesday July 6th through Wednesday July 15th. Images will be placed in an album on our fanpage in the order in which they are received, so the sooner you get them in, the closer to the beginning of the album your image will be. How about if we sweeten the deal, all children entered will receive a $25 gift card for you next visit to Simply Heaven Photography!
So who chooses the next face of our marketing? YOU, our fans!!! Images will be placed in an album on our fan page for our fans to vote on. The image with the most votes, wins! TO ENTER
* One entry per child
* You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child you enter into the contest
* Child must be 8 years old or younger on the date of entry
* You must have permission/rights to use the photo you enter (no professional images)
* Photo must have been taken in the last 6 months
* Photos will be accepted from 12:01am Wednesday July 6th, 2011 until 11:59pm Wednesday July 13th, 2011 (EST) via e-mail to kara@simplyheavenphotography.com
* Only photos e-mailed to kara@simplyheavenphotography.com with the Subject line Model Search during the previously mentioned time will be accepted
* Include your child’s name and age in the e-mail (first name and age will be posted for viewing), as well as your name and address for shipment of your $25 giftcard. Limit of ONE giftcard per household.
* Search is open to everyone, however if you live outside of a 30 mile radius from Fayetteville, NC, you must choose a location within 30 miles of Fayetteville, NC for your prize shoot, or a travel fee will be charged of 85 cents per mile, each direction, beyond 30 miles.
HOW PHOTOS WILL BE JUDGED
* Entries will be uploaded to an album on our fanpage in the order in which they are received. The first image in the album will be the first entry we receive, etc.
* Entries must be received by Wednesday, July 13th at 11:59 pm.
* Click ‘like’ for the photo you are voting for in the Simply Heaven Photography album labeled “Summer 2011 Model Search”. Comments are welcome but do not count.
* Photo with the most ‘likes’ will be the winner. Comments permitted, but WILL NOT count towards the total number of votes
* Voting will close Sunday July 17th, 11:59pm
* Official winner will be notified and announced no later than Monday, July 18 2011
WHAT YOU WILL WIN- 1st place
* The parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo that receives the most votes will receive a free photo session with Simply Heaven Photography for the winning child, a CD of high resolution printable files, and placement into our new online ad
* Photo session must be booked within 30 days of winning, and completed before August 31, 2011
* Prize retail value of $800 – cannot be altered or changed in any way, and not redeemable for cash
* Must sign a portrait agreement (which all of our clients sign) and agree for the child’s images to be used for marketing purposes.
* No other promotions or discounts can be applied
2nd Place
* The parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo that receives the most votes will receive a free photo session with Simply Heaven Photography for the winning child, a CD of 5 high resolution printable files
* Photo session must be booked within 30 days of winning, and completed before August 31, 2011
* Prize retail value of $525- cannot be altered or changed in any way, and not redeemable for cash
* Must sign a portrait agreement (which all of our clients sign) and agree for the child’s images to be used for marketing purposes.
* No other promotions or discounts can be applied
3rd Place
* The parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo that receives the most votes will receive a free mini-photo session with Simply Heaven Photography for the winning child, and $100 worth of print credit
* Photo session must be booked within 30 days of winning, and completed before August 31, 2011
* Prize retail value of $150- cannot be altered or changed in any way, and not redeemable for cash
* Must sign a portrait agreement (which all of our clients sign) and agree for the child’s images to be used for marketing purposes.
